- Secure storage of your records and free file transfer to any MoleSafe clinic across the country
- CD copy of your images available upon request
- FREE follow-up dermatologist assessment of up to 3 lesions within 12 months of initial visit. Ideal for those who have renewed concerns about a lesion or notice any recent changes
Fee (for up to 70 lesions imaged) $395
CPT code 96904 may allow insurance reimbursement for up to $330 depending on your insurance company.
Additional fee applies if more than 70 lesions are to be imaged.
