MoleSafe Total Body Photography
Your MoleSafe procedure includes total body photography and is potentially reimbursable by your insurance carrier as an out of network procedure. We will supply you with a HICFA form for you to submit. Simply complete the form as directed, and submit along with your receipt to your insurance provider. We are not guaranteeing that coverage will be provided, but in some cases patients have been reimbursed up to $330 for this service. Insurance: Total Body Photography Coding Whole Body Integumentary Photography or Total Body Photography (including that used by MoleSafe technology) is covered by American Medical Association CPT Category I Code 96904, as of January, 2007. |
